A lakefront building lobby reimagined as an elegant, light-filled threshold.
At 3400 Lake Shore Drive, the lobby was reconceived as a bright, elegant threshold between the lakefront and the residences above. The design opens the space to light and view while grounding it in warm, enduring materials.
Every detail — from the millwork to the furnishings — was chosen to make the daily passage through the lobby feel considered and calm.
